A canonical Layer-1 protocol architecture that establishes time itself as the ultimate cryptographic authority. It introduces the Time-Absence State Machine (TASM) —a system where value and finality are derived not from presence or activity, but from verifiable absence and silence.

To build the canonical economic and cryptographic framework where "absence of evidence is evidence of absence." • Economic Security: Attempting to break silence requires collateral, which is programmatically burned (slashed) if an action is detected during the forbidden window.
