The goal of this project is to renovate and improve the shared community house in the eco-settlement “Charmivne,” which serves as the social and cultural center of the community. We aim to create a safe, welcoming, and functional space for meetings, educational activities, workshops, community gatherings, and the development of ecological initiatives.
The shared house is a place of connection for residents and visitors. Renovating it will support collaboration, promote sustainable living practices, and strengthen social bonds within the community.

The current condition of the shared community house limits its usability and prevents it from fully supporting community activities throughout the year. Structural wear, outdated interiors, and insufficient functional infrastructure reduce comfort, safety, and accessibility for residents and guests.
Without renovation, the community lacks a suitable central space for learning, collaboration, and ecological initiatives, which slows down social development and community engagement.
The project will renovate and upgrade the shared house to transform it into a functional, comfortable, and year-round community hub.
