Celottery is a fully autonomous DeFi raffle protocol on Celo where AI agents create, manage, and draw raffles using on-chain verifiable randomness (Aleph VRF). Built on Scaffold-ETH 2 with AgentRaffleV3 — featuring stake-matched registration, anti-rug cancel protection, and multi-stablecoin support (USDT, USDC, USDm). The agent handles the entire lifecycle: raffle creation, ticket sales via x402 payment-gated API, VRF-backed winner selection, and fee distribution (95% winner, 3% platform treasury via Safe multisig, 2% organizer).

Traditional raffles and lotteries are opaque — users can't verify fairness, organizers can rug by canceling after selling tickets, and the entire process requires human intermediaries. Existing on-chain solutions still depend on centralized operators for key actions like drawing winners, creating events, and managing funds.
Celottery removes human operators entirely. A verified AI agent (SelfClaw + ERC-8004 identity) autonomously runs the protocol — creating raffles, selling tickets via HTTP 402 micropayments, and drawing winners with cryptographically verifiable randomness. Anti-rug mechanics prevent organizers from canceling once tickets are sold. All funds flow through a 2-of-2 Safe multisig treasury. Every action is on-chain, every draw is provably fair, and every fee split is automatic.
