Smart Contract Reintegration

Since the UI overhaul, Smart Contract interaction has been disabled. Under this milestone, it will be integrated.

Deploy to mainnet

The initial version of the smart contract has been deployed to the Celo mainnet. Although Frontend interactions have not been enabled yet, because the UI was overhauled. Self protocol now uses a real passport instead of a mock passport.
