Rights-aware evidence and provenance infrastructure for creators, institutions, and creative works.
CbyUCE’s mission is to strengthen trust in human creativity in the AI era by giving creators and institutions practical tools to preserve evidence of authorship, provenance, rights assertions, and consent. We aim to help creative works become easier to verify, protect, archive, license, and trust across digital platforms, cultural institutions, and emerging AI-data markets.
Creators, rights-holders, galleries, archives, universities, studios, and other institutions increasingly need reliable ways to prove when creative works existed, who asserted rights over them, what custody or provenance records apply, and whether AI-training consent has been granted or withheld. Existing storage, portfolio, and publishing tools usually preserve files, but they do not create an independent, tamper-evident evidence layer around authorship, rights assertions, provenance, consent, and verification.
CbyUCE provides a creator and institution-facing evidence layer for creative works. The platform generates cryptographic records, file hashes, metadata, rights assertions, evidence manifests, and verification certificates that help users establish a durable record of authorship, provenance, custody, and consent. For Filecoin-related work, CbyUCE is exploring a Filecoin-backed archival tier for larger creative and institutional assets where long-term storage, retrieval, and verifiable provenance are commercially important.
