“Radaria” is an eco-settlement and educational space focused on sustainable living, permaculture, and hosting educational and cultural events. Our community is restoring an old house that was used as a common space. The goal of the project is to equip the common house with bunk beds to ensure safe and comfortable accommodation for seminar participants, volunteers, students, guests, and future community members.
The common house is used year-round for educational programs, community events, and volunteer receptions. The house is also used for temporary housing and rehabilitation of people affected by war. Improving the basic living conditions will allow the space to accommodate more people and improve the overall quality of the common space
Our mission is to create accessible, sustainable, and human-centered spaces for learning, regeneration, and community living. By improving basic infrastructure, we enable people to connect with nature, gain practical ecological knowledge, and participate in resilient community models that can be replicated elsewhere.
Currently, the shared house has only two regular beds. Most guests are forced to sleep on the floor, which creates discomfort, limits the number of participants, and reduces the effectiveness of educational and recovery programs.
The lack of proper sleeping infrastructure is a key barrier to scaling activities, hosting longer programs, and welcoming people who need stable and comfortable living conditions during their stay.
The project proposes purchasing used 5 bunk beds with mattresses and arranging two hostel-style rooms in the shared house. This approach:
• Provides up to 10 proper sleeping places
• Uses resources responsibly by giving furniture a second life
• Minimizes costs while maximizing impact
With the installation of bunk beds, the shared house will become functional, inclusive, and ready to host larger groups.
Community-supported eco-education model. We operate through a mix of donations, grants, participation fees for workshops and retreats, and volunteer-based contributions. Revenue from educational programs is reinvested into infrastructure and community development.
