Public school students, who represent the majority of the youth population in countries like Brazil, are consistently excluded from web3 ecosystem this leaves them disconnected from new career paths in blockchain, Web3, and complementary technologies like artificial intelligence and No Code platforms.
This lack of access isn’t just a missed opportunity for the students—it creates a systemic problem for the entire blockchain ecosystem.
Web3 space is experiencing a global talent gap, with over 200,000 open roles in blockchain development, business design, and product innovation. Protocols and infrastructure projects struggle to find diverse talent who can build real-world solutions, understand local contexts, and onboard new users from underrepresented regions.
