Artesanía Viajera is born from my personal journey as a traveling street artisan, aiming to provide unique added value to my crafts through Web3 technology. When purchasing a physical piece, tourists scan a QR code linked to the artwork to claim a commemorative NFT. This digital asset is an on-chain proof of connection capturing the handmade craft, the direct encounter with the creator, and the spirit of the village.
We leverage a POAP-inspired protocol to issue unique on-chain badges that certify the physical encounter and the traveler’s presence in specific cultural locations. Our goal is to create a verifiable "digital passport" of Antioquia’s heritage, where each collectible serves as a permanent proof of support and attendance.
Leveraging Celo Mainnet (ID 42220), we transform street vending into a low-cost, high-impact digital loyalty experience. Beyond the physical meeting, tourists can support the artisan from anywhere in the world through an NFT e-commerce. Each NFT "stamp" represents a specific location (e.g., Guatapé) where the artisan uploads real-time travel evidences (photos/moments), allowing supporters to track their impact. This ecosystem supports payments in COPm, CELO, USD, and USDT, scaling toward a model where digital assets can be redeemed for physical crafts shipped globally, empowering local ReFi economies.
To preserve and revolutionize street artisan heritage by fusing physical crafts with Celo Mainnet (NFTs). We create a borderless global economy that connects travelers with creators through on-chain traceability, real-time travel evidence, and frictionless payments in COPm, cUSD, and USDT.

reserve street artisan heritage using Celo, connecting physical crafts with global tourists via on-chain traceability and frictionless payments.
Traditional street artisans face three critical barriers: economic invisibility, lack of post-purchase engagement, and geographic dependency. Once a tourist leaves the village, the connection with the creator is broken, and the artisan loses any possibility of recurring support. Additionally, cash-only informal economies limit the artisan's access to global liquidity and digital traceability.
Artesanía Viajera solves this by creating an on-chain bridge. We transform a one-time physical sale into a permanent digital relationship, allowing the artisan to receive global support (COPm, USDT, CELO) and prove their social/cultural impact through real-time photographic evidence of their journey across Antioquia.
