My app asks an AI, which portion of the global GDP a registered user is worth and pays him the corresponding portion of the donated funds.
It is implemented as a graph of dependencies of (AI) tasks, for dependent tasks to be executed as soon, as dependencies are executed. It can use both regular and batch (2 times cheaper, but slower and yet untested) modes of OpenAI API.
A registered user just connects accounts (such as ORCID for science or GitHub for software) with his creations and (for free) waits for a weekly salary.
For now it is implemented as a Node.js application with a custodial wallet, but I am going to rewrite it using ICP blockchain with non-custodial wallets.
The app is intended to distribute funds to users, so I can confirm that it will distribute at least 80% of the CELO received to users as incentives.
When even one (1) scientist has not enough funds to properly publish his/her discovery, the entire science may be stuck. This happened with my discoveries such as ordered semigroup actions. The entire science is stuck, and it won't be unstuck even if somebody rediscovers, because I have so called discovery priority, but it is "scientific covery" (when the science is stuck because of a non-published discovery).
The same thing happens with FOSS packages that are important but miss money for their promotion.
Gitcoin and Giveth solve this problem only partially, because they are oriented to established, not emerging projects, and also can be gamed by advertising some users more than others. If a user has many small projects, it is difficult for him/her to obtain funding.
