API standards for preconfirmations

Continue to work with other ecosystem participants to define API standards for transaction preconfirmations, through the existing PBS pipeline. This is likely to culminate in publication of an ERC standard in the coming months.

Preconfirmation and based sequencing support

Integrate with and test emerging preconf protocols on devnets and holesky, with a view towards mainnet support in the coming months. This is a multi phase effort and includes the potential for setting up additional infrastructure.

Researching geo-distributed relay deployments

We intend to offer under-served validators local relay endpoints which should improve network edge performance and encourage decentralisation.

Re-architect core services.

This is a long term and multiphase effort. We intend to explore alternative orchestration solutions and hardware configurations using custom deployments on custom services, both to save money and enhance performance.

Improve the performance of the relay bid-engine.

Minimise builder bid processing delays. This includes porting golang code to rust.
