quic-go is an open-source, pure Go implementation of the QUIC protocol (RFC 9000). Prysm recently (https://github.com/prysmaticlabs/prysm/pull/13786) enabled support for QUIC, provided by quic-go. Lighthouse already had QUIC support enabled for a long time.
